Creates a new plainManagedContainer. The container is platform-neutral, initially empty except for contributions explicitly registered or prepared by the caller, and is not automatically initialized or activated. Applications that need a normally initialized, ready-to-use Net4j/CDO container should usecreateInitializedContainer()orOMPlatform.createManagedContainer()instead.- Returns:
- a new inactive, uninitialized managed container.
